On Sunday our weekend workshop “The Answer is Simple” with Sonia Choquette ended. As we were saying good-bye to each other Rob said to me, “It was nice to see you.” I loved how he said, “It was nice to see you” instead of “It was nice to meet you.” Rob saying that was a confirmation of my belief that on a soul level we made the appointment for us to get together and go though the wonderful, intense and rejuvenating experience that Sonia’s workshop was.

We were such an amazing group of people! There may have been a few things about ourselves that we were not able to share because of the short time we had yet we felt closer to each other than to many of our friends. We sang together. We danced together. We opened our hearts to one another and we saw each other, really saw each other for the divine beings that we are. We shared our deepest and most sincere hopes, fears, aspirations, struggles, desires and dreams with each other. We were each others believing eyes lovingly supporting and encouraging one another. We were there to hold each other in the moments when the answers we received shattered the bonds of confusion and tears burst out.

Now that we are back to our lives it is time that we integrate what we learned. It may be challenging at times and we may fall into old patterns but I hope we can use this blog as a loving and nurturing environment where we can continue to encourage and support each other’s soul expansion.
