How great it is to remember being mindful of what we put into our body! I belive that deep down we know which things are good and bad for our bodies however we consume them for so many reasons most of which include guilt, dissatisfaction, and looking for an escape in indulging our cravings. However often times after indulging in foodstuffs we know are unhealthy we feel unpleasant side effects including unwanted weight, hearth burn and digestive issues. On the other hand, our body responds favorably to foods that are healthy and fresh by giving us more energy and vitality. So the choice is obvious and it begins with making small changes that we can stick with.

I have yet to visit India, but this seems like a viable way to make a transformation from a spiritual standpoint.
