There has been a wonderful development in my work as past life regression therapist.

I have been connecting with my clients so strongly that I would know the stories of the lives they are experiencing even before they are able to establish any details of the lifetime. In my mind’s eye I would see scenes of what is the next important moment in their lifetime that they will experience before they even get to it and I would hear information about those lives.

This has allowed me to become an ever better guide to my clients during their sessions.  And on a personal level it has brought an even deeper love for my work.

And that is how I fell in love with the pearls I picked for my friend.  I made her two necklaces and five pairs of earrings, which later I mailed to her.  I don’t remember ever sending a package feeling such tingle of excitement.  I wondered which necklace and earrings she would pick.  This is what I sent her:

The news is full of stories about how much money the greedy bankers and corporate titans have taken from regular Americans.  I am a capitalist and so I do not trouble myself with the question. But having worked in corporate America, and seen first-hand the many meaningless jobs that are performed there, I have a different, more human question.  How much value has our society lost because of corporate America?

By value, I mean human talent, not monetary value.  Think about this: America’s largest banks and corporations regularly recruit the best and the brightest young people from our top universities.  But these young people are not recruited for their ability to become corporate automatons; they are intelligent humans with human abilities: the ability to get good grades, to understand business and succeed in corporate environments, yes – but also to make music, to dance, to play sports, to create art and literature, to act and sing.  They are well-rounded people with other interests besides fulfilling a narrow corporate role.  They were picked up by corporate America because of all their God-given talent and intelligence, only to be placed into a narrowly defined, repetitive office job that occupies them 40-50 hours a week in the prime time of their young lives.  So I ask the question in purely economic terms: at what opportunity cost to society have these young minds been thus employed?  “Opportunity cost” is often defined as the ‘cost’ of the best foregone alternative; the opportunity cost of going to college, for example, is the money that could have been earned in the highest-paying job one could get with only a high school diploma.  So in these stark terms, I ask the question: for all the pure monetary value that our young corporate Americans have produced, what has been lost in terms of all the non-monetary contributions they could have otherwise made in all the different fields in which they might have endeavored, were it not for lucrative corporate jobs?  In other words, what else has corporate America taken from us by occupying these talented young people in full-time corporate capacities? How many latent Beethovens, Michael Jordans, Jackson Pollacks, Kurt Vonneguts or Jacques Cousteaus have failed to come to fruition because they labored safely in some stable career of the modern era – careers that did not exist in our harsher, less developed past? What human contributions has corporate America eliminated in exchange for all the wealth, goods and services it has produced?

I wonder.

For me stability was a positive trait.  It meant to me that the person is reliable and predictable.  Don’t we all pursue stability in our lives?  We want stable relationships.  We wants stable jobs.  We want for things in our life to be reliable so that we feel stable and secure.

Then it dawned on me!  The pursuit of stability by definition means creating resistance to change.

But the only permanent thing in life is change.  Change itself creates life.  Things that do not allow for the new expressions of their life force stagnate and die.  Have you had a situation in your life where you were trying to hold on to what was with all your might and will, as if fighting for your dear life?  Meanwhile, the energy that was seeking new expression was gathering strength underneath the surface and because you were resisting change all of a sudden it blew up in an unexpected way creating a huge mess and forcing you to examine, understand and change.  People getting sick, loosing valuable possessions, the unraveling of relationships are but a few examples of what could happen when we resist change.

People often talk about how stable they are with great pride.  They believe it is admirable to be sturdy, rigid, to be able to withstand anything and be resilient to change. But if you listen attentively you will know that what they are really saying is that they are afraid.  They are afraid that the way things were may no longer be.  They are afraid that they may not survive or that things may become worse.  This fear is the expression of a mindset where we believe we are separate and remove ourselves from the knowing that our source always provides for us.

It was in that moment that I realized that the old definition of stability no longer works for me. And as if basking in pure illumination I knew that stability is comes from having a passionate focus. When you are filled with the unshakable knowing that All That Is always provides for you and supports you in the best possible ways, you allow yourself to graciously flow through life rather than rigidly resist it. You are in a beautiful dance with the Universe – moving, shifting, allowing and trusting.  You live a life where abundance freely flows towards you.  You create and express the ideas that intrigue you the most.  Through taking such inspired actions you focus yourself on being who you are and allow for your Source to support you.  And it always does.  When you are your true self and when you act on your passions the Universe always brings you the right people to assist you, there is always financial support for your projects, you are always employed at jobs that give meaning to your life and support you financially, your relationships are more loving and you feel more connected to those around you and your life is an exciting, unfolding expansion.

My sweetheart taught me an important lesson. By simply being who he is he allowed me to see a new perspective and to realize that stability is found within.  Now, I often tell him how much I admire him for changing his mind as often as his spirit moves him to.  Because change is not a threat.  Change is the means for growth and creativity.

Embrace change.  Embrace living your true self with joy and you will be met with unparallel support, opportunities and everflowing abundance.

At the same time, all around the Salish Sea and all around the world, people are being asked to participate simultaneously near a local body of water.  Here are directions on  how to participate along with a personalized note from Dr. Emoto.  Since we are all approximately 70% water our selves and since I personally believe our water supplies are in need of some loving nurturing and healing this year, please do participate if you can.

Again, please feel and intend that the water in front of you is completely filled with the vibrations of Apology, Love, Gratitude and Respect. You can hold both of your hands toward the water to send loving energy into it if you wish and visualize that the vibrations emitting from your heart will be projected into the water through your hands. Please visualize that each water molecule is brilliantly shining like a tiny sun. (You can close your eyes during this process, if it is more comfortable for you during the visualization and meditation.)

Next, please intend that the vibrations of your prayer of Love, Gratitude, and Respect for the water will transmit into all the water of Salish Sea through the photograph of Salish Sea. As all water is connected through collective consciousness, your prayer dedicated to the water in front of you will naturally expand into the water of the Salish Sea.

Following the prayer, please intend that the vibrations, which now fill the water of Salish Sea, will spread to the waters all over the world. Visualize that all the water molecules on Earth are beautifully emitting golden and silver light.

Visualize Planet Earth in front of you, surrounded by a glowing gold and silver light.

Please intend that the vibrations and frequencies of the water of Salish Sea and the waters of the world are being raised during the full hour on Saturday, April 24. You can also add your own prayer to the water, meditation, chanting, music, songs, dancing, and so on intending the same purpose.

Please focus your awareness with the thousands of people praying beside the Salish Sea and its rivers, and around the world simultaneously with you.

We all love little children.  They are absolutely perfect the way they are – the way the giggle, learn to craw and walk, the way they smudge food all over their face when they first start to feed themselves.  We love it when they explore the world and see how everything amuses them.  We really enjoy making out their characters and marvel at how they come with their own complete personalities, interests, preferences, talents and gifts.  And yet we step in with force in the lives of these perfect little things and begin teaching them that in order for them to be someone they need to be successful.

We believe that to be successful is measured by how much we accomplish. We begin to push our kids to get good grades, participate in extracurricular activities that will set them aside and assist them when applying to schools because we want them to get in the best schools.  We want them to get as many degrees as possible and get the most prestigious jobs and work for the most prestigious companies, get the highest salaries, rise in the hierarchy and become as powerful as possible.

We believe that to be successful is measured by what we have.  We learn to define our worth by the shoes we wear and the sunglasses we put on.  So we accumulate more and more stuff to show the world that we are special and successful.  We believe that to be successful is measured by what other people think of us.  So we always consider how other people would perceive our actions and what would they say.  And the deeper we sink into the mire of living our lives by someone else’s rules the more aching we feel because we remove ourselves further and further away from who we are, what is our own purpose in life and what gives us a sense of meaning and fulfillment.

If you find yourself in a place like that, begin to examine your definition of success and how taking on someone else’s beliefs on what does it mean to be successful has impacted your life. And if in that moment you realize that you are ready to shed ideas that are not you, I have a radical, new perspective for you.

You already are successful – totally, absolutely and completely!

Here is a new definition of success: To be successful means to be who you are as best as you can.

You already are someone.  When the divine looks at you it sees nothing but perfection.  You are a marvelous combination of ideas, passions and experiences that have enriched your essence and allowed you to explore through so many points of view.  You are here on purpose.  No, not the purpose your parents assigned to you to be a doctor or a lawyer, to continue the family business or to be someone they were never able to be.  You are here to fulfill your own purpose.  And your purpose is to be who you are.  Your purpose is to express what you feel inside you, to explore new possibilities and bring balance to choices you have made in previous lives, to dig in your fingers in the sand and create, create with passion and excitement.

The way to fulfill your purpose and to express who you are is to act on the things that excite you the most. Act on the things that move you, the things that you love and find most intriguing in every moment. Take off the pressure of needing to meet someone else’s expectations and start tailoring your life the way you want for it to be, the way you want to live it.  And know that you are successful because you are doing what you have come here on Earth to do.

It fills my heart with joy to see and hear everyone talking about our Earth today. 

To some of you who feel very strongly about the need for selfless action it may seem that the message of protecting our Earth has been cheapened by corporations who are joining the parade just to look good even though they have not changed their practices. (Example: Gray Line, a sightseeing company that runs its buses on fossil fuels, is promoting an “Earth Week” package of trips to green spots in New York City.) And even though I understand the motivation behind corporate actions like those I still appreciate them because they are creating awareness and it is a sign that we as people are moving in the right direction.

When surrounded by slogans calling for reusing, recycling and buying eco-friendly products we may loose sense of why we are taking all these actions.  Therefore, I wanted to take this opportunity and remind us about our connection to our mother Earth.  Caring for our Gaia is not a case of a sick puppy that we are trying to nurture back to health.  We are not separate from nature.  We are not its masters.  We are part of nature.  Realizing this allows us to shed the feeling of being separate and alone and needing to struggle and protect ourselves from nature.  The flowers, the trees, the rivers, the seals and the polar bears are us.  They are a divine expression of the same omnipotent love that created us.  They are our brothers and sisters.  When we take care of them we are taking care of ourselves.  When we take care of our environment we attune back to our source.

Taking action allows us to step into a higher consciousness and relate to our beautiful Earth through the vibration of love in our hearts.  I recently did a regression which so wonderfully exemplifies this state of being.  My client experienced a life where people lived in trees.  They were a very developed society which had its downtown area that looked a lot like our downtown areas and shopping malls with walkways that through the pressure of your feet were able to move and take you in the direction you desired.  This was also a society that used flying cars that were navigated through voice commands.  Yet, they had made the conscious choice that nature does not need to be subservient to them.  They did not want to chop down trees in order to build houses.  They lived in houses build in the trees and parked their flying vehicles on platforms on the trees.  One of the most touching moments during that regression for my client was when at night through his window he could see the lights in the other trees around him.  He felt a beautiful sense of being at home, connection and belonging.

Trees are something truly magnificent.  They come from the nurturing, grounding energy of the Earth and stand high into the heavens and the expansive energy of creativity.  Imagine living in that powerful convergence of energies!

I cherish this regression greatly because it gives me faith that we people can and will do it right too.  Today and every day from now on allow yourself to reconnect with Gaia and feel grounded and nurtured in her loving care and with your actions and words express your gratitude and love for her.

I was shocked to learn the news about the Polish president and the other 96 Poles dying in a plane crash.  I decided to meditate on the tragedy and pick up intuitive information on what has happened.  This is what came to me:

The land in the Katyn forest is soaked with the memories of violence, pain and suffering. The trees and mountains reverberate the dense and heavy vibration of negativity.

On the morning of April 10, 2010, the pilot, Capt. Arkadiusz Protasiuk, woke up with a knot, an uncomfortable feeling of tension in his stomach.  He recognized it but attributed it to the flight he was going to direct later that day and to his destination.

A mission from the Polish government was to pay tribute and participate in commemorating the thousands upon thousands of Polish soldiers, intellectuals and bright minds that were captured, interrogated, tortured and executed by the Soviet secret police in 1940s.

The Polish President felt that it was not an easy mission but it was to be done because it was very much needed at a time when his people needed support, direction and encouragement.  The President’s wife brought with her a black lace kerchief, which she planned to put on her hair during the Katyn observances ceremony.

None of the 96 passengers could rid themselves of the heavy feeling of something dense and ominous being around them.  However, they all attributed it to the massacre and the memory of the people they were going to honor.  It was quiet in the passenger cabin for most of the flight.  The pilot announced that despite the fog he would attempt to land the plane at the Smolensk airport.  As the plane began descending in the thick fog everyone felt the dreariness of the place.  They felt as if they were coming in touch with a darker, thicker energy.

Meanwhile, the pilot began feeling unwell.  All of a sudden he felt pain in the right sphere of his head, his vision blurred.  He was blinking rapidly with his eyes, trying to regain his vision realizing that he could not see with his right eye.  He was confused, panicked not understanding what was going on.  He was having a sudden and massive stroke.  The plane was rapidly descending.  He was trying to speak and let his co-pilot, Maj. Robert Grzywna, know that he needs to take control but no sound could come out of his mouth.  His right arm felt completely paralyzed.  The co-pilot did not notice anything.  He was feeling out of it, as if he himself was in a fog — completely removed from the reality of what was going on around him.

Everyone died quickly.  Their souls rose above the burning, smoking plane and quickly continued up towards the heavens.

On a soul level these people have gathered in order to explore the concept of sacrifice.  They knew that leaving the Earth in such dramatic way would grab everyone’s attention.  By dying on they way to commemorate the fallen Poles they knew that they would reveal to the new generations and remind the world about the horrible atrocity that occurred there during the Second World War.  They knew that people would be exposed to the horror of what man could do.  There was symbology even in the fact that they died in a Tu-154, a Russian designed plane, because the 22,000 Poles were one after another shot in the back of their head by a Russian hand.

Their act of sacrifice was meant to remind people of what has happened.  And teach people that war, aggression and violence is never the way to go.  This reminder was orchestrated because our consciousness has evolved enough and we can understand the lessons and not respond to the violence with violence.

We are being reminded that every choice matters and that people are not faceless warm bodies, but that each and every one of us is an expression of the divine light.  To care for, to love and appreciate yourself means to care for, to love and appreciate your neighbor.  Now we can look back and say that we are not Russian, German, Polish or American – we are people and we are all the same.  We all carry in us a soul and are filled with a desire for happiness and an expression of the goodness and God-ness within us.

There is also a second, very significant part to the sacrifice that these 97 souls made.  It was a sacrifice made out of love for their country and their people.  The act of their dramatic death was in a way a completion of a chapter, a way to close the book of the past.  The President was a man who carried within him the hatred towards the communist regime and the suffocating grip of the USSR.  He carried the memories, the old ways, and the old beliefs.  Knowing that he is a hugely influential figure who together with his twin brother, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, dominate the political landscape, he decided that it would be for the good of his people that he removes himself and makes way for a new generation.  He knew that his sudden passing would create a vacuum and opportunities for a new beginning.

My dear brothers and sisters, know that from the greatest darkness comes the greatest light.  Do not allow your fears to succumb you into feeling threatened, cursed or lost.  Understand that this is a moment that calls for young people with new ideas, new ways of being in the world and relating to the world.  Begin to see this as an opportunity to shift the consciousness of your nation and to truly express the sláva (the glory) that is in your blood.  The power is within you.  Lead the way for all of us into a new world with societies based on higher principles!

I can see the rain drops being smudged with force on my window. It started raining only a minute ago as I entered my home. I am still awash with an overwhelming sense of euphoria so I decided to share with you how the whole story developed.

A few moments ago I was sitting behind my desk at work when out of nowhere a very urgent idea popped into my mind. I don’t even know how it happened or where it came from but it was very clear – leave right away because it will be raining very soon. My first reaction was to say in my mind “What?” as I was perplexed by the urgent feeling and by the information it carried. Next, I instinctively looked out of my window to see how did the sky look. It was grey as if threatening to unleash an outpour any moment. That surprised me because at lunchtime it was sunny and beautiful outside. “How did the weather change so quickly?” I asked myself.

You will find what I did next very funny. I went to weather.com to check the weather and see if it will really be raining any moment now!!! I cannot help but laugh at my reaction! It was no enough that an urgent intuitive feeling told me to leave right away or I’ll get drenched when I walk home. It was not enough that the sky looked ominous. My human, analytical, thinking mind wanted proof! And guess what?! Weather.com was saying that it would be raining any moment now!

As I was fighting my way through the strongest wind you could imagine a few raindrops began making their way to the ground. However, I arrived home dry and with a heart filled with gratitude.

It is so wonderful to know that I am being taken care of by the universe even in the smallest of ways. Intuition does not always need to be about big and important things. It also is about the small things that makes you feel constantly guided, loved and supported in your journey through life.

It amazes me to think how beautiful and effortless a life of synchronicities is. All I had to do is be open to the information and then act on it. And notice when the information was given to me. It was not given to me in the morning when the sunny bright sky promised a great day. It was not given to me at lunchtime when it would have been an amusing thought, which I could have easily forgotten by the afternoon. It was given to me at the exact time I needed to know it and at the exact moment I was able to act on it.

A life of synchronicities – now, that is a life I am excited to live!
